花海康居新型农村社区位于岔河镇白马湖畔，西依淮金公路，东邻白马湖大道，毗邻“向日葵的故事”景区，交通便利，环境优美。社区建设既围绕白马湖旅游开发，挖掘文化内涵、保留乡土气息，又围绕群众幸福指数、便利指数、平安指数，提前谋划“后半篇文章”，做好产业布局、服务配套。坚持因地制宜。绿化景观注重乡土气息，多采用本地花木果树，同时深挖当地文化内涵，在社区内部通过墙体彩绘、草搭雕塑等方式展示农耕稻香文化，留住乡愁。社区内配套建设污水处理、垃圾分类等环保设施，农机具停放场、农户“小菜地”、生态停车场等公共服务设施，以及党群服务中心、新时代文明实践站、社会治理指挥中心等基层治理平台，满足社区居民生产生活需求。

The Flower Sea Kangju New Rural Community is located by Baima Lake in Chahe Town. It is adjacent to Huaijin (Huai’an-Nanjing) Highway in the west and Baima Lake Avenue in the east. It is also in close proximity to the “Sunflower Story” scenic area. In this sense, the community highlights convenient transportation and a beautiful environment. The community construction revolves around the development of Baima Lake tourism, focusing on exploring cultural connotations while preserving the local rural atmosphere. It also prioritizes the happiness index, the convenience index, and the safety index of the residents, planning ahead for the “second-half chapter” by arranging industrial layout and supporting services.
