位于宿迁市宿城区国家农业公园核心区，自东向西分别规划为“田园”“果园”“花园”和“菜园”，系集农业生产、农业科普、农业旅游、农业文化等功能为一体，将智慧化理念应用于各环节的现代农业产业园区。截至目前，已建成各类设施110万平方米、引进各类经营主体26家。园区从组培和育种智慧化、管理和运行智慧化、市场销售和推广智慧化、追溯和保障智慧化四个方面凸显智慧化。近年来，园区以黄河故道生态富民廊道建设为契机，重点实施慕东生态科技农业、黄河故道榆山驿站、农民创业园等项目，带动附近村民就业2200余人，人均年增收超3万元。

Located in the core area of National Agricultural Park, Sucheng District, SuqianCity, it is planned as “pastoral,”“orchard,”“garden”and “vegetable garden”from east to west. It integrates agricultural production, agricultural science popularization, agricultural tourism, and agricultural culture etc., and applies the concept of wisdom to modern agricultural industrial parks in all aspects. Up to now, it has built 1.1 million square meters of diversifiedfacilities and introduced 26 business entities. The park highlights the wisdom from four aspects: tissue culture and breeding wisdom, management and operation wisdom, marketing and promotion wisdom, traceability and security wisdom. In recent years, the park has taken the construction of the ecological and people-enriching corridor of the Old Course of Yellow River as an opportunity to focus on the implementation of projects such as Mudong ecological science and technology agriculture, Yushan Post Station of the Old Course of Yellow River, and Farmers’InnovationPark, which has driven the employment of more than 2,200 villagers in the neighborhood withtheper capita annual income increased by over RMB30,000.
