太湖光子科技园，占地面积182亩，总建筑面积约50万平方米，共11幢建筑。园区由研发创新区、科研中试区、产业示范区、中央配套区等四大功能区构成，涵盖产业研发、科技孵化、商务办公、展示平台和国际交流等功能，是省服务业重大重点项目。

太湖光子科技园是江苏省乃至全国重要的光子和信息产业基地，也是科技创新型人才、研发机构和高科技企业的集聚辐射平台，主要发展光制造、光传感、光医疗、云计算、人工智能、大数据、5G、物联网、智能制造、IT服务、大健康等战略性新兴产业。目前已入驻翼鸥教育、安硕软科、克诺尔商用车系统等近30家企业项目，已成功申报江苏省大数据特色产业园、苏州市十大数字经济产业园等项目。

Taihu Photon Science Park

Taihu Photo Science Park has an area of 121,333 m2, a floor area of about 500,000 m2 and 11 buildings. It consists of four functional zones (R&D Innovation Zone, Scientific Research Pilot Test Zone, Industrial Demonstration Zone and Central Supporting Zone), covering industrial R&D, technology incubation, business office, exhibition platform and international exchange. It is a major key project in the provincial service industry.

Taihu Photon Science Park is an important photonics and information industry base in Jiangsu Province and even the whole country. It is also a gathering and radiation platform for innovative talents, R&D institutions and high-tech enterprises, developing the strategic emerging industries such as optical manufacturing, optical sensing, optical medical treatment, cloud computing, AI, big data, 5G, IoT, intelligent manufacturing, IT service and big health. At present, it has accommodated nearly 30 enterprise projects including EEO, Amarsoft and Knorr-Bremse Commercial Vehicle System, applying for such projects as Jiangsu Big Data Characteristic Industrial Park and Suzhou Top 10 Digital Economy Industrial Parks.
