姜堰区美术馆总建筑面积8580平方米，整体为现代中式建筑，与南侧万竹园巧妙连接，古典园林与现代建筑的相互交融，呈现出别具一格的诗情画意。

Jiangyan Art Museum, featuring modern Chinese style, coversa total construction area of 8,580m2. Connected with Bamboo Garden in the south, the museum demonstrates a unique picturesque landscape of the integration of classical Chinese gardens and modern architecture.

该馆是集展览、收藏、研究、教学为一体的综合性、现代化艺术场馆，藏有高二适等名家作品300余件，弥足珍贵。馆内各功能区域布局合理、设施完备，设有3个大型临展厅以及创作区、办公区、研讨区、互动教学区，能满足不同层次形式的美术展览、学术研讨和创作交流等活动。

It is a comprehensive modern art museum providing services including exhibition, collection, research and teaching, with more than 300 pieces of precious works by many famous artists such as Gao Ershi. Every functional zone is well-arranged and well-equipped. It provides three large temporary exhibition halls, as well as creation zones, office zones, seminar zones and interactive teaching zones to meet the needs of holding activities like art exhibitions, academic seminars and creative exchanges at all levels.
