皂河龙运城项目隶属于宿迁文旅集团，坐落于江苏省宿迁市湖滨新区皂河镇，京杭大运河、骆马湖、古黄河和古皂河四水交汇之地，乾隆六下江南五次驻跸于此，赞叹为“第一江山春好处”。项目内有全国重点文物保护单位“敕建安澜龙王庙”(乾隆行宫)，市级文物保护单位陈家大院、财神庙等。

项目以建设宿迁文旅龙头项目为目标，以生态为基础，文旅为引擎，生活为本质，形成沉浸体验、演艺路秀、文博互动、餐饮商业、观光旅游、酒店度假为一体的统合共生的皂河发展模式，让皂河讲述大运河的故事，展现全时段的运河文化，打造产城融合的宿迁样本、文化生活先行体验区、运河文化全景体验度假目的地。

Zaohe Longyun Community, invested by Suqian Culture & Tourism Group, is located at Zaohe Town, Hubin New District, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, which is the intersection spot of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, Luoma Lake, ancient Yellow River and ancient Zaohe River. Emperor Qianlong, the fifth Emperor of the Qing Dynasty, visited the place five times out of his six southern inspection tours and praised it the best spring scenery across China. Inside the Community, the national key cultural relic unit titled "Dragon King Temple" (Qianlong’s Temporary Palace), and several municipal cultural relics protection units, including the Courtyard of Chen’s Family, Caishen(the God of Wealth) Temple, etc. are located.

With ecology as the foundation, culture and tourism as the driving force and life as the core, the project has formed a developing pattern of an inclusive Zaohe Town that integrates immersed experience, performing art roadshows, cultural interaction, catering business, sightseeing tourism and holiday resort, enabling Zaohe Town to tell a story of the Grand Canal, show the Canal culture of all times, and forge a Suqian sample that integrates industry and city, a cultural life pilot experience area, and a panoramic experience vacation destination for canal culture.
