中移（苏州）软件技术有限公司是中国移动成立的全资子公司，于2014年3月落户苏州高新区，占地469亩，规划总建筑面积32万平米。公司下辖27个部门（中心），员工3300余人。

2019年8月，按照中国移动集团公司“云改”战略部署，公司正式挂牌组建“中国移动云能力中心”，承担移动云的技术研发、资源建设、业务运营、服务支撑等相关业务，并明确了“云设施构建者、云服务提供者、云生态汇聚者”的定位，提出了“三年进入国内云服务商第一阵营”的目标。“云改”以来，公司勇担网络强国、数字中国、智慧社会主力军，积极践行“为国建云”使命，持续建强算力资源底座、攻坚核心技术、提供优质服务，推动收入规模、技术能力、品牌形象等各方面取得跨越式发展。

China Mobile Cloud Centre

China Mobile (Suzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile, was established in Suzhou High-tech Zone in March 2014, covering an area of 312,667 m2 and a planned floor area of 320,000 m2. It has set up 27 departments (centers) with over 3,300 employees.

According to the strategic deployment of “Cloud Reform” of China Mobile Group, the company established “China Mobile Cloud Centre” in August 2019 to undertake the businesses of Mobile Cloud such as technical R&D, resource construction, business operation and service support, positioning itself as “cloud facility builder, cloud service provider and cloud ecosystem aggregator”, and setting the goal of “being a part of the first camp of domestic cloud service providers in three years”. Since the “Cloud Reform”, it has bravely served as the main force of network power, digital China and smart society to actively implement the mission of “Building the Cloud for the Country”, continue to build a strong computing resource base, make breakthroughs in core technologies, provide quality services and promote leapfrog development in revenue scale, technical capability, brand image, etc.
